Our commercial surveys are similar to the Level 3 Building Survey and are also very in-depth, albeit for a different purpose.

They may include a schedule of condition, for example, at the start of a lease and can advise further about this. Our inspections also focus on regulatory compliance matters, and may include a fire risk assessment, work-place safety, feasibility of adaptations and proposed use, both technically and with consideration of planning law.

For new builds, we examine the construction information and progress of certification, as well as advising on any issues for our clients left over from base build such as fire safety restrictions, drainage crossing the demises (meaning force place can be lost due to maintaining excess and accessibility).
